Teaming to Provide Breakthrough Networking Solutions
Challenge
NetApp, a storage and data management company, was dealing with aging infrastructure that didn’t meet current and future needs. They wanted a solution that enabled them to develop new products, increase revenue, and reduce costs.
Solution
NetApp worked with ePlus, a consultative technology solutions provider, for nearly two years to develop a solution that included Cisco Intelligent WAN (IWAN) deployed with LiveAction LiveNX.
Results
The close partnership between ePlus, Cisco, and LiveAction helped NetApp drive greater efficiencies within the organization, including a five-times increase in bandwidth and a 70% reduction in costs.
Success Story: LiveAction and Cisco Partner with ePlus and NetApp
LiveNX, LiveAction’s flagship network performance analytics platform, supports Day 0, 1, 2 implementations of all Cisco SD-WAN platforms (IWAN, Meraki, and Viptela), by simplifying the network with unique interactive topology and end-to-end flow visualization to create better digital experiences for end users.
LiveNX leverages Cisco applications to simplify voice, video and application troubleshooting. It retrieves real-time information from the network, retains historical information for analytics, and delivers continuous insights to customers.
LiveAction became a portfolio company of Cisco Investments in 2014, securing $5.35 million in Series A financing. Cisco Investments also participated in Series B financing. LiveAction is a member of the Cisco Solution Partner Program and is listed on Cisco’s Global Price List, which provides access to Gold partners, the highest tier of partners in Cisco’s channel ecosystem.
